A day with Quality Area 7: Governance and Leadership

‘A hands on day with Quality Area 7.’ Come along to this hands on session engaging in everything QA7. What is effective leadership and management? What systems are required to maintain records, policies, QIP, SIP etc? How are we as a service engaging in continuous improvement and how might we demonstrate this? Come network and enjoy the opportunity to engage and reflect with leaders in the sector.
