Aiming for Exceeding

The Exceeding themes have been challenging for many services to understand and achieve. They are very important to ensure the best outcomes for children and families and also have important marketing value for services. This session unpacks the meaning of the themes and will assist leaders to plan strategies for their own site that will help embed the continuous Quality Improvement processes that are required.
