‘Becoming’ a new OSHC director is exciting and challenging. You may be newly appointed or considering this as a career option. What are some of the important things you need to know, be and think about? How do you balance all the demands of this role? What skills might you need as a director of an OSHC service?
We can set you off on a successful journey and ensure you have access to the tools and information needed as a beginning OSHC director. In the second session, we look at more responsibilities of OSHC directors and how to manage time, resources and people. Explore the unique aspects of leading an OSHC service. Looking after yourself is also important and we can help you learn how to make that part of your work too.
Part 1: 2nd of September 2025 (10 am-1 pm)
