Getting your systems organised

In this session you will learn how to: set up systems to ensure you are compliant with essentials (e.g. RRHAN-EC, First Aid and Working with Children Checks) for all your employees, develop spreadsheets with tracking and reminder systems, and understand how to be compliant with the NQF requirements. Leave with your spreadsheet ready for you to customise for your service, plus a resource list of organisations and links relevant for HR processes.
