Getting your systems organised

Come and learn from Human Resources specialist Amy Arcangeli as she shares her knowledge of systems and processes to ensure that Gowrie SA is meeting its obligations for HR compliance with the NQF for over 80 employees.

In this session you will learn how to: set up systems to ensure you are compliant with essentials (e.g. RRHAN-EC, First Aid and Working with Children checks) for all your employees, develop spreadsheets with tracking and reminder systems, and understand how to be compliant with the NQF requirements.
