Performance appraisals and performance management - what's the difference?

Spend the day learning about the benefits of using quality performance appraisals that create reflection and goal setting without the unpleasant feeling among yourself and your team. With performance management, directors have to decide when issues relate to work performance and need addressing in a formal way. Come and learn how to do this, what processes to follow and how to document well to ensure you are compliant while also looking after the best interests of your team. You will leave this session with the ability to tackle performance management with more confidence, creating a positive and supportive team environment that aligns with your mission statement, values and goals.
