What is effective leadership and ‘Unpacking Quality Area 7’? The role of leadership and governance underpins every quality area, while the role of a leader is becoming more and more complex. Explore what makes effective leadership and management and what is the difference? What systems are required to maintain records, policies, QIP, SIP etc? How do we engage the team in a cycle of continuous improvement and how might this be demonstrated? 

Join us in this hands on session engaging in everything Quality Area 7 to reflect and learn from and with other leaders within the sector.
